Individually, you start in idealism. You quest for identity. You define substance and how to be of service. You find yourself painfully constrained in hierarchy or you liberate into emergence. You eventually reside in philosophy. Philosophy of who you think you are and how you think it all works. We all have philosophy.
My philosophy is constructed from my superpower to effectively collaborate with Masters of Trades that span professionally from a legendary drywaller to a visionary CEO, from a product developer to a finish carpenter, from a mechanical engineer to a brand architect, from a data scientist to a nano scientist, from a mechanic to an electrical engineer, from a street hustler to a board member, from a mayor to head of household. My Philosophy is tested at scale. My Philosophy has been tested with other people’s money and my own money on the line. I use the same level of savvy and professionalism on a $15k negotiation as an $800M negotiation. However, a $20M book of business is different than an $80M book of business. A $25,000 investment is different than a $250,000 investment. A $10M deal is different than a $150M deal. A $150 dollar barter deal is different than a $10,000 dollar handshake deal. But, they all have paper: contracts or cash in hand determine the truth. Deciders decide.
